Who is my mentor and do I keep them for the entirety of my program?

After you apply for admission to be one of our students and have your first free 45-minute consultation call, we will match you with the mentor who best suits your needs. Regardless of how long your mentorship program is, your mentor will not change over the entire duration program.
 
This guarantees that the students feel cared for and that the mentor will be able to provide the best individually-tailored prep material, tracking the student's evolution throughout the whole program.

What if I don't like my mentor?

Who are the mentors in the program?

We have multiple consultants who are specialized in mentoring and guiding high school students into their undergraduate program of choice, and college students or working professionals into their graduate dream school over our 100% personalized individual mentorship program.
 
All mentors: 
- Have an undergraduate degree, and
- Have a graduate degree from an Ivy League school, MIT, or Stanford, and
- More than 40 previously mentored students who got their acceptances into Caltech, University of Pennsylvania, Harvard, Princeton, Columbia, Yale, Cornell, Dartmouth, Brown, Stanford, and Berkeley Universities, and
- 4 or more years of mentoring experience.

Can I get my money back if I paid for the program and regretted it?

Yes. You can always get your money back for the individual programs. Refund rates vary based on the program. Please, refer to your contract for details. Refunds are only available for group programs if student cancels before the specified deadline on contract.

Do you guarantee acceptance?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no way any mentorship program can guarantee acceptance into a student's dream school. Our program proposes to improve a student's chances of getting accepted by tailoring their profile and application requirements into their dream school's profile. However, each university has their own admissions committee and university acceptance is entirely up to them.

Do you provide SAT/ACT/TOEFL/GRE prep?

We provide self-study strategies and materials for test prep. However, we are not a test prep company, so if deemed necessary, the student is responsible for purchasing extra materials and enrolling in test prep programs through their preferred vendor.

Do you help with the examinations questions?

We are not a test prep company. However, some of our mentors are STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) graduates and, consequently, may be able to offer support for math questions at their own discretion.

What do I get after I paid for the program?

Your mentor will be in contact with you right after your free 45-minute consultation session. That way, all the details on the program you chose to enroll in will be specified over e-mail or phone by your mentor.

How are the sessions structured?

All sessions are online, through Zoom. Please, make sure to have it installed on your computer or mobile device before the session starts. The content of each session follows our exclusive 5-step strategy and is updated based on each student's needs, strengths, and weaknesses. Sessions are, then, individually tailored for each student's profile. If a student needs more help with a specific application topic, expect to have more in-depth calls on that topic.

- Extracurriculars: Introduction and analysis of relevant extracurricular activities that fit the student's profile, action plan development, and execution counseling
 
- Examinations: Grade goals, self-study strategies for the TOEFL, ACT, SAT Subjects, GRE, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry Olympiads advising, grade evolution tracking
 
- Essays: Introduction to the Ivy League Ideal Essays Approach, evaluation of individual universities' essay profile, advising and feedback on student's essays
 
- Interviews: Most Ivy League schools, Stanford, MIT, and other universities from the Top 20 require both undergraduate and graduate admission interviews, so our team of mentors provide training and guidance for such interviews
 
- Application Management: Walk-through all application platforms and their differences and clarification on necessary documents and how to fill it out correctly
 
- Recommendation Letters: Introduction to the ideal Ivy League Recommendation Letter Approach, how to develop strategic relationships, and make sure letters are good
 
- University Selection: Different universities have different profiles of preferred candidates, so we make sure to select the right schools that fit each student's interests for a diversified application
 
- Career Perspectives: We make sure the student knows about the different career paths available to their majors by providing a team of successful mentors that are familiarized with each student's degree options

How are payments made?

You pay for everything online and receive your payment receipt through e-mail. Options include credit/debit cards, ACH deposits, and Zelle. Specific instructions are provided once a student is accepted into the program and signs a contract with us.

Are you specialized in high school students or college students?

We have mentors who are specialized in both kinds of students. If you're a college student planning to get into a competitive graduate program, you'll be matched with a mentor specialized in that. If you're a high school student planning to get into a competitive undergraduate program, you'll be matched with a mentor specialized in that.

Can I hire you if I want to apply for other schools that aren't Ivy League?

Yes. Because we provide you with the best prep mentorship program available in the United States, you'll be also impacting your acceptance chances into other top schools that aren't only Ivy League. We also have acceptances in schools like liberal arts schools (Pomona, Williams, Amherst, Wellesley...), UCLA, Duke, Northwestern, Virginia, Georgia Tech, USC, Michigan, Purdue, etc.

Are your students' identities kept private?

Do I need a mentorship program to get into my dream college?

No. Every student with in-depth application knowledge as well as the profile of their dream college can apply and be successful. However, getting into the top undergraduate and graduate programs in the United States is extremely competitive and students with no prior application experience can increase their probability of getting accepted significantly by having guidance from a specialized mentor who has been through the process and has helped numerous other students get through the process.
